About Opal Utilities

Opal Utilities Limited is a third-party intermediary, providing gas and electricity brokerage services.

We also work for a number of customers in the capacity of a ‘white label supplier’ backed by PE (formerly known as Pozitive Energy).  We are unable to add new customers to our white label portfolio at the moment, however we are hopeful this will change in the near future.

Our UK-based team has extensive energy industry experience.  Telephone calls are answered promptly, and there is no call centre or multiple departments to deal with.

Opal Utilities is a member of the Energy Ombudsman ADR scheme.

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service, acting in the space between suppliers and customers.
