Readings
It is important that we receive regular meter readings to ensure that your monthly gas bills are as accurate as possible and you only pay for the energy you have used.
Please provide readings between the 25th of the month and the last day of the month. If you don’t send us a meter reading between these dates then your consumption will be based on estimates.
If you would like to receive a monthly prompt for your meter readings then please let us know at admin@opal-utilities.com
You can either log your reading on your account by visiting https://enalytics.co.uk/ alternatively, you can send a photo of your meter read to admin@opal-utilities.com If you have any problems reading your meter then please contact our billing team on 0330 400 4444.

Automated Meter Readers
An Automated Meter Reading (AMR) device provides reliable and accurate billing based on actual meter reads.
It provides energy consumption information to show you exactly how much energy is being used and during which time periods.
