Direct Debit Payments
Let us take the hassle out of payments for you by signing up for a direct debit. You can choose from four dates for whichever collection suits your cashflow best - 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of the month. Please click the link below to download a direct debit form.
VAT Certificate
If you are VAT exempt or should be paying reduced VAT, please download the VAT form for completion & return to admin@opal-utilities.com at your earliest convenience.
Change of Managing Agent form (CoMA)
You must complete the attached form if there is a change in managing agent at a property that is supplied by Opal Utilities. Please send this form to us at admin@opal-utilities.com. This information is used to ensure that your account is kept up to date and information is provided to the appropriate managing agent.
Change of Tenancy form (CoT)
You must complete the attached form if you are moving out of a property supplied by Opal Utilities. Please send this form to us at admin@opal-utilities.com. This information is used to close your account and produce your final invoice.
If you are moving into a property and are the new tenant of a property we supply, this form can also be used to provide the details for the new account.
